To activate the service, send an SMS to the short number 511 without text (or with any text) OR call *511*1# and select the ""Pidkliuchyty"" option.
To deactivate the service, send an SMS to the short number 511 with the text "STOP", "Stop", "stop" OR call *511# and select the option "Vidkliuchyty"
The cost is 199 UAH/28 days (including all taxes). When you activate the service for the first time, it is not charged for 3 (three) days from the date of activation. The cost of using the service for the first 3 days is included in the fee for further use. The service is automatically billed every 28 days.
For lifecell subscribers, there is no charge for Internet connection when using the KORYSNO service within Ukraine from the mobile network.
If the video is playing jerky, check your internet connection speed. You can also try to lower the playback quality by clicking on the gear icon (lower right corner) and selecting a lower resolution in the Quality section.
